Discovering Fresh Flavors

And I thought I wasn't going to enjoy Middle East cooking.


A year ago when I started cooking food from each races home country, I thought my family would struggle with finding Middle Eastern food that made our taste buds happy. But in the process, we made some amazing discoveries.


Yesterday, when we shared this Khabeesa (similar to cream of wheat) with fresh fruit for breakfast, I realized that some of those dishes have become unexpected go-to's in our daily cuisine even away from Grand Prix weekends.


Not every race weekend experiment has been a hit, but it's amazing what delicious flavors we never expected.
