Returning to Italy means way to many good dishes to make. Good thing we're in Italy twice this season! For this first visit, I have looked deeper into local dishes from the Emilia Romagna region.

It is known for its savory foods and simple, natural ingredients.

Fruits and vegetables really define the menu this week, with a few rich pastas and desserts of course. After all, it is Italy.
